The AI Agent is built for natural conversation, not command-by-command chatbot exchanges. Staff can type a request, speak to the agent, or let it actively listen during a live guest conversation. It retains context as the exchange unfolds, connects the conversation with the relevant reservation, folio or workflow, and keeps service moving without requiring a separate prompt for every step.

From check-in and in-stay requests to postings and cross-module workflows, the agent can carry out tasks triggered by written instructions, direct voice requests or the context of a conversation. It can also answer staff questions using the platform's own knowledge and turn financial or operational reports into concise summaries.
