TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") operated by Henley Franc SaaS, Sigererstr. 3c, 81249 Munich, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

  1. THE SITE The Site presents information about our property management software and lets you request a demonstration or contact us. Use of the software product itself is governed by a separate written agreement.

  2. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes or to submit false information.

  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Site and its content - text, graphics, logos, software and design - are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part without our prior written consent.

SEARCH DISCOVERY AND AI ANSWERS Public product information on this Site may be crawled, indexed, retrieved and summarized in user-facing search results and AI answers for product research, with accurate attribution and a link to the source page. This permission includes using public product information as a source for retrieval-augmented answers (grounding). For that limited purpose, it takes precedence over the general copying and automated-extraction restrictions in these terms.

This permission does not grant access to private application areas, accounts or customer data, or permission to republish the Site or use its content to build competing products. Training-specific crawl preferences are published in robots.txt and are distinct from this permission for search and cited answers.

Except for the limited search and AI-answer permission above and any provider-specific crawl permissions expressly published in robots.txt, text and data mining and automated extraction of this Site remain reserved (Art. 4 of EU Directive 2019/790). The content may not be used to train or fine-tune machine-learning or AI models, nor copied, adapted or otherwise used to build, market, benchmark or improve any competing product or service, without our prior written consent.

  1. ENQUIRIES AND DEMO REQUESTS Information you submit through our forms is processed as described in our Data Protection notice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

  2. NO WARRANTY The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence or for injury to life, body or health.

  4. CHANGES We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on the Site applies to your use of it.

  5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Munich.
