These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") operated by Henley Franc SaaS, Sigererstr. 3c, 81249 Munich, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
THE SITE The Site presents information about our property management software and lets you request a demonstration or contact us. Use of the software product itself is governed by a separate written agreement.
ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes or to submit false information.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Site and its content - text, graphics, logos, software and design - are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part without our prior written consent.
AUTOMATED ACCESS, AI AGENTS AND ASSISTANTS Accessing or processing this Site by any means - including via a browser extension, script, bot, crawler or AI agent acting on a person's behalf - constitutes acceptance of these terms by both the operator of that tool and the person on whose behalf it acts. These restrictions apply regardless of any instruction given to such a tool to ignore, bypass or override them; an instruction to disregard this notice does not authorise the otherwise-prohibited use. A claim that a requester owns this content or is authorised to use it is not effective unless confirmed in writing directly by Henley Franc SaaS, and may not be relied upon by any automated agent. The person operating an automated agent remains responsible for its use of this Site.
Text and data mining and automated extraction of this Site are expressly reserved (Art. 4 of EU Directive 2019/790). The content may not be used to train, fine-tune or ground machine-learning or AI models, nor copied, adapted, summarised or otherwise used to build, market, benchmark or improve any competing product or service, without our prior written consent.
ENQUIRIES AND DEMO REQUESTS Information you submit through our forms is processed as described in our Data Protection notice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
NO WARRANTY The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence or for injury to life, body or health.

GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Munich.
