• Contact and demo enquiries: when you submit a form, we process the name, email, company, phone and message you provide, plus the page you came from.
• Server logs: when you visit, our servers may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of access, to deliver and secure the Site.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange demonstrations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) - our legitimate interest in responding).
• To operate, secure and improve the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

1. RETENTION We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

2. RECIPIENTS We use service providers (for example hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

3. YOUR RIGHTS Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@hf-pms.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Bavaria: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).

4. COOKIES The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function (for example a session cookie). We will update this notice if we introduce analytics or marketing cookies.

5. CHANGES We may update this notice as our processing or the law changes. The version published here applies to your visit.
