- Contact and demo enquiries: when you submit a form, we process the name, email, company, phone and message you provide, plus the page you came from.
- Server logs: when you visit, our servers may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of access, to deliver and secure the Site.
- PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange demonstrations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) - our legitimate interest in responding).
- To operate, secure and improve the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

RETENTION We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

RECIPIENTS We use service providers (for example hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
